The Pike
The Pike is the spine of Massachusetts, and carriers pay to use it.
Interstate 90 runs from the Boston tunnels west through Worcester and Springfield to the Berkshires and New York. Its tolls are folded into every quote.

Worcester & Springfield

The Cape & the Islands
Cape Cod fills every summer, and two bridges carry all of it.
