Quote and booking information you provide — name, phone, email, pickup and delivery addresses, vehicle details, requested dates — used to price, dispatch, and manage your shipment, including sharing shipment details with the assigned motor carrier (necessary to perform the service). Communications — calls and messages with our dispatch offices, kept for service quality and dispute resolution. Website data — standard server logs and, where enabled, analytics about page usage to improve the site. Our quote form is provided via an embedded booking widget; information entered there is processed to generate your quote and booking.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the carrier assigned to your shipment, service providers who help us operate (under confidentiality obligations), and where the law requires. We retain shipment records as required for legal, insurance, and tax purposes, then delete or anonymize them.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of marketing communications at any time, by emailing quotes@shipguy.com. Residents of states with consumer-privacy statutes (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and others) may exercise the rights those laws provide through the same contact; we honor verified requests without discrimination. This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
